Veeva Systems is a $3B+ SaaS leader in life sciences industry cloud, helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies accelerate therapy delivery. This Manager role leads European strategy for Veeva Batch Release, a platform that modernizes batch-release decisions by integrating quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and ERP data. You will be the European domain expert, working directly with life sciences customers to understand their batch-disposition processes, systems landscapes, and business cases for change. Your responsibilities include: - Conduct strategic discovery with European customers to map their release workflows, stakeholder models, and bottlenecks - Partner with account teams to escalate priority customers from working-level interest to executive sponsorship - Act as the domain lead across Sales, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, and Marketing teams - Translate manufacturing and quality processes into actionable product, services, and implementation recommendations - Build reusable European enablement materials: discovery guides, stakeholder maps, account-entry plays, and positioning across ERP, MES, laboratory, quality, and document systems - Develop relationships with systems integrators, consultancies, advisory partners, and industry organizations (e.g., ISPE) - Represent Veeva in customer meetings, executive discussions, webinars, and industry events You bring 10+ years in life sciences manufacturing, quality, or enterprise software/consulting. You have direct working knowledge of batch disposition and regulated manufacturing evidence. You've translated manufacturing processes into customer-facing software, consulting, or transformation programs. You're comfortable leading substantive conversations with Quality, Manufacturing, Qualified Person, IT, and executive stakeholders. You know SAP or another ERP platform and have working knowledge of MES, laboratory, quality, document, and integration systems. Strong communication skills and ability to travel within Europe and occasionally globally required. Nice-to-have: direct batch disposition or Qualified Person certification experience, familiarity with SAP Batch Release Hub, TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality, or relationships with European systems integrators and ISPE.
