Salary: MXN 949,500 - 1,055,000 / annual
HealthEdge is an AI-powered operational infrastructure platform serving health insurance companies. This role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and leads a recruiting team focused on building talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a player-coach, training and mentoring 1-3 junior team members (recruiters, coordinators) while maintaining your own requisition load
- Serve as a lead recruiter, hiring for positions across the organization
- Create and update recruitment processes, including job description maintenance
- Manage people and performance through OKRs
- Work with leadership to understand business drivers behind hiring needs
- Partner with finance to understand budget impacts and hiring decisions
- Partner with HR leadership to educate hiring managers, conduct interview training, and optimize the recruiting process
- Act as an advisor and coach to hiring managers, helping them understand role nuances and candidate motivators
- Maintain high candidate experience standards while balancing organizational needs
You will work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment, supporting a high-volume hiring environment. The role requires comfort with ATS tools (iCIMS preferred) and talent sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years in a recruiter position with a track record of increased responsibility
- 1-3 years of formal people management experience
- Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- High proficiency with ATS tools (iCIMS a plus) and TA metrics
- Experience with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience as a key contributor in fast-paced, software development environments with progressive responsibility and high requisition loads
- High emotional intelligence to understand role nuances, team dynamics, and candidate motivators
- Strong advisory and coaching skills for hiring managers
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and empathetic
- Sense of urgency balanced with focus on quality
- Commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams
- Must reside in the Guadalajara, Mexico area
