Salary: USD 105,818 - 138,886 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to lead cross-functional program implementations and drive operational excellence. This role reports to the Associate Director of Strategic Planning and is fully remote, open to candidates in the Atlanta, GA area.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of cross-functional projects: creating project plans, engaging stakeholders, managing relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Departmental performance evaluation through data gathering, analysis, and development of metrics and mitigation strategies
- Collaborative development of implementation, communications, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation
- Direct oversight and mentorship of team members, fostering professional growth
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years of project delivery experience
Desirable qualifications include:
- Data-driven program improvement experience
- Fast-paced operations environment background
- Enterprise-wide program execution (project planning, resource coordination, implementation, rollout support)
- Vendor integration and external technology partnership management
- Master's degree
- PMP or program management certifications
- Lean/Six Sigma certifications
- Healthcare industry experience (health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting)
