Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare that spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and dictation at point of care, intelligent agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims. The company serves 500+ healthcare organizations, 500,000+ clinicians, handles $25B+ in annual claims, and supports 200+ million patient interactions. Recently raised $70M at $7B valuation and was named to Fortune Future 50 and 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for "Overall NLP Company of the Year." In this role, you will own partnerships that bring Commure's AI into more healthcare organizations and extend its technology, data, and content capabilities. Your portfolio spans major EHR vendors, independent software vendors (ISVs), data/technology/content partners, systems integrators, resellers, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs). You will turn partnerships into revenue and new capabilities—some building repeatable pipeline, others driving 0-to-1 transformation and opening new markets. Key responsibilities include: **EHR Alliance Management:** Own relationships with major EHR vendors, including executive engagement, joint API and integration priorities, implementation capacity, and escalations. Align product and engineering commitments with deal and deployment priorities. **Partner-Sourced Pipeline:** Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Act as partner sponsor on deals, coordinating partner support with sales and customer success through live deployment. **Channel, SI, and Reseller Development:** Build channel, systems integrator, and reseller partnerships with signed agreements, account coverage plans, and joint sales execution. Define enablement plans, lead ownership, and commercial terms. Extend the model to GPOs with legal review. **Strategic and Capability Partnerships:** Find ISV, data, technology, content, and embed partners that expand Commure's capabilities. Vet against customer demand and internal capacity. Work cross-functionally to set integration scope, usage rights, and launch criteria. **Partner Events:** Build account and meeting plans for EHR user group meetings, industry conferences, and priority partner events. Turn meetings into qualified opportunities with clear owners. **Performance and Operating Cadence:** Track sourced and assisted pipeline, conversion, revenue, and live deployments. Maintain partner lead tracker and provide weekly updates to leadership on deal stages, partnership activity, blockers, and next actions. You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer (a founder) who reports directly to the CEO. You'll have autonomy and company-wide visibility, working across sales, product, engineering, operations, customer success, marketing, legal, and finance. The role is onsite up to 3 days per week at Mountain View or San Francisco offices. Anticipated travel is 10–25% for partner visits, user groups, conferences, and joint customer meetings. **Requirements:** - 4–8 years of total professional experience, including building SaaS or technology partnerships (channel/alliance sales, consulting, investment banking, or corporate development backgrounds welcome) - Product managers and engineers with substantial partnership experience also considered - Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus but not required - Ability to earn trust with senior executives and turn relationships into active partnerships - Ability to develop models and briefings and deliver compelling product presentations to C-suite executives, boards, and other audiences (virtual and in-person) - Ability to engage fluently with internal and partner teams on technical topics, including high-level architecture diagrams, APIs, and joint integration plans - Ability to review contracts in depth and co-draft business terms with legal while maintaining strong attention to detail - Passion for helping healthcare providers embrace AI and interest in using approved AI tools in your own work - Strategic judgment on where Commure should partner, build, or wait, grounded in understanding of healthcare technology and AI landscape - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn early partnership ideas into new products, channels, or markets
