Sapiom is building the end-to-end platform for shipping and scaling agentic products, unifying compute, memory, identity, automation, and monitoring as a single operating system for autonomous agents. Backed by $15.75M from Accel, Menlo, and Anthropic, the company is focused on enabling builders to deploy and scale AI-driven applications. As Manager of Strategic Finance, you will report directly to the CEO and own the full scope of strategic finance: long-range planning, investor storytelling, corporate development, and cross-functional decision support. You'll be a trusted advisor to leadership and a direct contributor to the financial strategy shaping Sapiom's future. Key responsibilities include building and owning financial models that translate company ambitions into rigorous plans—long-range forecasts, annual budgets, scenario analysis, and unit-economics work that guides pricing, growth strategy, and resource allocation. You'll lead corporate development efforts, evaluating and structuring strategic partnerships, and support capital markets activities including investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising. You'll partner directly with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations as a strategic thought partner, and leverage AI tools to elevate the finance function itself. You bring 7+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance at high-growth tech companies. You have deep expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, and corporate development, moving fluidly between 30,000-foot strategy and granular analysis. You're a habitual, proven user of AI tools in finance workflows—modeling, research, analysis, reporting—with curiosity to push what's possible. You understand SaaS and platform business models and their key value drivers. You communicate exceptionally well, translating complex financial concepts for boards and cross-functional teams alike. You have a bias toward action and a track record of driving outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Familiarity with Stripe, Ramp, ERPs, or experience at an AI-native company is a plus.
