Salary: USD 105,100 - 112,500 / annual
ServiceTitan is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale the outbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping ServiceTitan's outbound sales strategy, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and building what the company describes as the best SDR team in the country.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing SDRs on objectives and performance achievement
- Monitoring lead processes, metrics, and catalyzing pipeline creation
- Shaping and implementing SDR strategy and processes
- Coaching SDRs on best practices and staying current with industry trends
- Serving as a mentor and organizational steward
- Reporting operational and financial KPIs to senior management
- Motivating, incentivizing, and recognizing team members
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Conducting weekly 1-on-1s with each SDR
- Evaluating new technologies and programs to drive performance
The role focuses on outbound sales development—cold calls, cold emails, direct mail, and creative follow-up—to help service contractors discover and adopt ServiceTitan's solutions.
Requirements:
- Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with applicable team lead or team management experience
- Strong preference for 2+ years of SDR management experience
- Outbound-specific cold-calling experience (not just inbound lead handling)
- Proven track record managing a high-performing inside sales team
- Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
- Expert communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying data trends
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com (required)
- Experience with Salesloft and associated tech stack solutions (strongly preferred)
