Flock Safety is seeking a Manager of Sales Compensation to own end-to-end administration, governance, and payout execution for all variable sales compensation programs across their growing go-to-market organization. This is an operational execution role focused on managing the complexity and precision of commission structures as the company scales. Key responsibilities include: - Drive end-to-end administration, governance, and payout execution for all variable sales compensation programs across GTM roles - Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to maintain strict compliance, auditability, and data integrity across payout cycles - Manage sales compensation systems and data workflows to ensure accurate calculation and timely resolution of commission inquiries - Build and refine operational controls, reporting dashboards, and governance mechanisms to increase payout transparency and process scalability - Guide GTM leadership through commission plan performance analysis and operational workflow enhancements The role is explicitly NOT a high-level strategic policy creation position, nor an isolated accounting function. Instead, it focuses directly on operational execution, data modeling, administration, and governance of sales compensation plans, with continuous evaluation of systems and data pipelines to eliminate manual work and build scalable processes. Ideal candidates bring practical capability in sales compensation administration, sales operations, FP&A, or financial data analysis in high-growth environments. Experience administering sales compensation platforms (SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Varicent) and systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Sigma, or Coupa is valuable. Advanced analytical and data modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel are essential. A WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential is a plus.
