Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual

In this Manager, Recruiter Enablement role, you will build and lead enablement programs designed to help recruiting teams at employer partners understand, adopt, and effectively use Clasp's platform in their hiring workflows. You'll own the full lifecycle of recruiter readiness—from initial training through ongoing adoption and feedback loops. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and delivering recruiter enablement programs for partner organizations, including live training, webinars, and workshops - Creating comprehensive enablement content: training materials, talk tracks, FAQs, templates, objection-handling resources, and playbooks - Supporting customer launches by ensuring recruiters can confidently position Clasp to candidates - Tracking recruiter engagement metrics and identifying adoption barriers and improvement opportunities - Collaborating cross-functionally with Partner Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Talent Ecosystem teams - Gathering recruiter feedback and translating it into actionable product and program improvements You'll be a self-starter building this role from the ground up, with strong project management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 5–9+ years in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, customer success, sales enablement, or partner enablement, with direct experience working with recruiting and HR teams. You're an engaging communicator and presenter with a track record of creating impactful enablement content and programs. Healthcare recruiting, HR tech, or benefits experience is a plus.
