Outreach is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition strategy for Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions. You will manage a team of 4 recruiters embedded across the US and Czechia, reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full recruiting strategy and execution for assigned business functions across all organizational levels
- Drive hiring velocity, pipeline health, and exceptional candidate experience
- Partner closely with business executives to ensure efficient, scalable processes and quality hires
- Manage and coach a distributed global recruiting team across multiple time zones (PT, CT, ET, and Prague)
- Develop and innovate recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with accountability
- Serve as connective tissue between recruiting team and broader business
- Collaborate with peer recruiting leaders to maintain consistent leadership approach

The platform combines agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power revenue workflows from prospecting to deal acceleration, retention, and forecasting. Enterprise customers include Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon.
The ideal candidate has experience managing recruiting teams, leading talent strategy across multiple functions, and thriving in a distributed, global environment. Curiosity about how AI can enhance recruiting processes is valued. ET timezone preferred; hybrid options available for Seattle or Atlanta-based candidates.
