Salary: USD 169,000 - 296,000 / annual

Figma is seeking a Manager of Recruiting to lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Corporate Functions. This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling Figma's recruiting operations as the company continues its hyper-growth trajectory. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting resources to achieve organizational goals. You will partner with recruiting leadership to develop long-term recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent, build team structures optimized for efficiency and scale, and assess/improve recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams. You will own complex change initiatives to drive business results and champion Figma's values-led culture. Key responsibilities include: - Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers - Partner with senior business leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources - Develop long-term recruiting strategy in collaboration with recruiting leaders - Build team structures that optimize for efficiency and scale - Assess and improve recruiting best practices across Corporate Functions - Own complex change initiatives to achieve business results - Champion values-led culture across the organization This is a full-time role that can be held from one of Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely within the United States. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment - 4+ years of people management experience - Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives - Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director - Experience building a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth - Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design, engagement/retention strategy, and strong performance management - Deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion PLUS (not required): - Experience leading recruiting for functions like Finance, Legal, People, Talent, and Marketing
