Bicycle Health is on a mission to solve the opioid addiction crisis by bringing life-saving Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) combined with behavioral healthcare, drug screening, therapy, and peer support to the millions of Americans who lack access to treatment.
As Manager of Provider Success, you will pioneer pod-level support and design seamless, automated workflows that eliminate administrative friction for medical teams. This is a strategic operations role bridging clinical leadership and provider operations to transform how high-quality patient care is delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and evolve pod-level provider support, creating a front desk for providers and enabling success through partnership, shared data, automation, and workflow design
- Partner with ARMDs, Clinical Leadership, and Regional VPs as the operational counterpart across the provider journey from onboarding through retention
- Develop streamlined provider onboarding, continuing education resources, tooling, and help desk support
- Provide operational backbone for provider activation and retention initiatives
- Design systems and workflows that reduce administrative cognitive load for medical groups, supporting burnout prevention
- Identify and build technology, including AI-assisted workflows and automation, to improve platform usability and speed provider decision-making
- Own provider-facing scheduling and coverage, including incentive hours, holiday coverage, on-call setup, PTO management, and panel transfers
- Partner with clinical leadership in ongoing caseload management, working with Analytics and Capacity teams to maintain target caseloads
- Build and maintain tools, knowledge bases, and relationships providers rely on daily
- Lead direct reports and build the Provider Success team as scope expands
