Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Manager of Product Management & MDM Operations to lead a dual-track role bridging product delivery and internal master data management. The company's Context Intelligence Platform unifies fragmented enterprise data to enable AI agents and systems to operate with expert-level judgment at scale.
In the product management track, you will own a roadmap of platform capabilities—delivered through the core Reltio platform and Reltio IDE—that directly reduce time-to-value for customer implementations. You'll translate implementation friction from professional services, partners, and customer feedback into clearly scoped product requirements. Working closely with Engineering and Product leadership, you'll prioritize and ship features that accelerate configuration, lower deployment barriers, and reduce manual effort. You'll build and maintain a curated library of implementation accelerators (configuration templates, data model patterns, integration scaffolding, validation tooling) grounded in real-world deployments. You'll define success metrics for shipped capabilities, establish cycle time benchmarks, and report on measurable TTV reductions.
In the MDM operations track, you'll own and operate Reltio's internal "Reltio on Reltio" deployment as a production-grade master data environment—not a demo, but a strategic platform for internal data unification. You'll continuously improve data unification quality across internal domains, expand entity coverage, refine match and survivorship rules, and drive agentic access to master data so internal teams can query and act on unified data with minimal friction. You'll define and enforce data governance standards, surface learnings back into the product roadmap, and ensure the internal deployment serves as both a customer-zero environment and proving ground for new capabilities.
You'll lead a small team of 2–4 operations analysts and implementation specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and prioritization support across both workstreams. This is a player-coach role requiring hands-on contributions—configuring entities, authoring requirements, designing tooling—balanced with team coaching and coordination. You'll partner with Product leadership to ensure investments across product delivery and internal operations are aligned and mutually reinforcing. Cross-functionally, you'll work with Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders to expand master data utility, serve as connective tissue between internal data consumers and the platform roadmap, and represent operational experience in product planning.
By the end of year one, success means: shipped platform and IDE capabilities that measurably reduce implementation cycle time; an actively-used library of implementation accelerators consumed by PS and partner teams; materially improved quality, coverage, and utility of the internal master data environment; at least one meaningful agentic use case powered by unified internal master data; and your team established as the authoritative owner of both Reltio's internal MDM operations and TTV product investments.
**Requirements:**
- Hands-on experience with the Reltio platform, including entity configuration, matching and survivorship rules, data pipelines, Reltio IDE, and API behavior; you've delivered or overseen real Reltio implementations
- Product management experience: you've owned a roadmap, written requirements, worked with engineering teams to deliver software, and measured outcomes post-launch
- Background in SaaS implementation or professional services, with a track record of delivering complex data or MDM solutions in customer-facing or internal delivery roles
- Experience operating or administering a production MDM environment, including ongoing data quality management and governance
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable reading and writing configuration JSON, scripting, evaluating API behavior, and working directly in Reltio IDE; can prototype and validate tooling yourself
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, including setting direction, managing priorities, and developing talent
- Excellent written communication; capable of producing PRDs, runbooks, documentation, and asset deliverables that engineering teams and practitioners can act on
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none yet exists
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with MDM platforms beyond Reltio (Informatica, Tibco, Profisee, etc.)
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or B2B customer data use cases
- Experience measuring and reporting on data quality KPIs, implementation metrics, or product adoption metrics
- Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and how AI agents consume structured master data via APIs or MCP-style interfaces
