Firestorm, a Series A 3D printing and unmanned systems company, seeks a Manager of Product Logistics & Sustainment to build and own the company's logistics and sustainment capability for existing and near-term products. This role bridges internal teams and external customers, establishing operating models and processes that scale as the company grows. You will own three primary workstreams: (1) xCell/Tier 3 Sustainment—working with Field Support and the Mission Success Team to define spare-parts strategy, resupply trigger logic, and stocking for fielded systems, while capturing lessons to feed product and process improvements; (2) Drone Product Logistics & Sustainment—standing up repair, maintenance, and resupply models for UAS products sold independently of xCell, including baseline repair-intake and turnaround processes; and (3) Production Advisory Services (PAS)—embedding directly with customers to guide full utilization of xCell production capability, developing KPI/metrics frameworks, and feeding customer data back into sustainment planning and applications engineering. You will also maintain visibility into Tier 2 sustainment needs, ensure compliance for safe handling and storage, partner on HAZMAT/SDS requirements, and help shape product development priorities based on field insights. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, field support, supply chain, and business development teams. Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance (ITAR); 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, sustainment, maintenance, or field support operations, ideally in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments; demonstrated experience building process and structure from scratch; hands-on field experience combined with analytical thinking about systems and data; strong cross-functional communication and judgment. Preferred: Military logistics or sustainment experience in joint or expeditionary operations; PACOM or complex international logistics experience; familiarity with maintenance/repair for fielded hardware (ground or aerial); advanced degree or certification (MBA, MS Supply Chain Management, CSCP).
