The role is a player-coach position leading and growing the Product Design team in Bengaluru while maintaining hands-on design contributions.
You will manage and develop a team of designers while spending significant time as a practitioner designing intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences across the platform. Responsibilities include participating in design vision creation, maintaining quality standards, and directly owning design work on key initiatives from discovery and research through prototyping, visual design, and delivery. You'll be equally comfortable providing design feedback in reviews and working directly in Figma.
The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners across India and globally to drive clarity, alignment, and innovation throughout the product lifecycle. You'll build a strong, high-performing design team on the ground in Bengaluru while contributing to the company's broader mission of redefining how global supply chains operate.
