Conduit Health is a vertically integrated, AI-powered platform transforming post-acute care by uniting ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment for medical equipment and supplies delivery. The company enables case managers and providers to approve patient requests in seconds rather than weeks. You will lead the Patient Outreach & Intake Operations team, owning strategy, execution, and performance across inbound and outbound patient engagement and enrollment. This is a hands-on management role combining people leadership, operational ownership, and technology-enabled transformation. Key responsibilities include: managing full-time team members and BPO partners; overseeing daily operations including lead qualification, patient engagement, telehealth scheduling, coverage verification, and order processing; developing staffing strategies and capacity models to support growth; building performance reporting and KPIs across lead volume, conversion, productivity, quality, and turnaround time; establishing SOPs and resolving operational bottlenecks; partnering with Product to identify and implement AI-enabled tools and automation; and using data to identify funnel drop-off points and develop improvement strategies. Success will be measured by lead-to-enrollment conversion, patient engagement and pipeline progression, speed to first contact and SLA compliance, quality and accuracy across intake and processing, and team productivity improvements from process changes and automation. You should have experience managing teams in patient operations, sales, customer success, contact-center management, or high-volume performance-driven environments. A hands-on management style is essential—you're comfortable reviewing workflows, coaching team members, analyzing performance data, and solving operational issues directly. You bring a builder's mindset, creating structure from ambiguity and developing new processes as the business evolves. You have a track record of using data to identify opportunities, test improvements, and drive measurable results around conversion and productivity. Healthcare experience (telehealth, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, insurance-driven care) is preferred, as is familiarity with insurance eligibility verification, CRM/contact-center systems, and managing BPO partners.
