Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 / annual
Crossix, part of Veeva Systems, is a data and analytics platform serving life sciences companies. This role manages a portfolio of media partner relationships post-onboarding, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact and operational quarterback.
Key responsibilities include: managing partner inquiries and expectations; owning end-to-end scoping and delivery of partner-commissioned analytics projects; managing subscriptions to the PubView product; acting as a liaison between media partners and the internal Client Services team for escalations; developing deep product and methodology expertise to credibly address partner questions; and collaborating cross-functionally with Client Services, Data Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams.
The role requires 4+ years of client-facing, account management, or partnerships experience. You must demonstrate exceptional organizational discipline, ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and experience delivering analytics or data-driven insights to external, non-technical audiences. Strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. You must be based in the New York City area and available for in-office team and customer meetings.
Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with media measurement, publisher-side analytics, or programmatic advertising, and proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel or BI tools like Sigma.
