QuillBot is seeking a Manager for Paid Media to lead strategic paid marketing initiatives across the company's global growth efforts. This role owns end-to-end paid media strategy and execution, managing budgets across multiple channels including Google Search, DV360, PMax, Meta, UAC, and ASA. You will develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies, optimize media performance for ROI and LTV, and manage audience segmentation and remarketing programs. Key responsibilities include leading paid media budget allocation across products, geographies, and languages; owning campaign strategy and execution across platforms; defining measurement frameworks including attribution infrastructure and marketing mix modeling; managing agency relationships and vendor agreements; building and mentoring a paid media team; and delivering regular performance reporting tied to business outcomes (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI). You will also evaluate emerging ad formats and AI-powered campaign types, run structured A/B tests, build and manage a global affiliate program, and partner cross-functionally with Data, Product, Finance, and Legal teams. Required qualifications include 7-12 years in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing; proven experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels; strong analytical expertise in attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality; experience with DTC and B2C business models; hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, and similar platforms; managerial experience with remote teams; and experience selecting and managing media agencies. Background in subscription-based business models and familiarity with AI and writing tools are desired. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
