In this role, you will lead a team of 8-10+ people responsible for the complete onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for both customers and employees. This includes offer completion, payroll setup, and compliant offboarding across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, managing throughput, cycle-time efficiency, CSAT, accuracy, and SLA adherence - Own and continuously improve core operational metrics - Maintain high standards for detail and follow-through; diagnose root causes of issues - Collaborate with Product teams to surface customer and employee issues, prioritize solutions, and drive fixes to launch - Identify and build scalable solutions through process improvements, tooling, and playbooks - Plan and execute team initiatives with clear definition, team preparation, and outcome measurement - Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Immigration, Payroll, Legal, and Client Services to ensure alignment and compliance - Manage team performance through clear expectations, direct feedback, recognition, and coaching Requirements: - 7–10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years managing a team - Ideally background in EOR/global employment, HR operations, payroll, or client-facing operations - Proven track record of owning and improving operational metrics (efficiency, CSAT, accuracy/SLA) - Direct experience working with Product teams to surface and resolve customer and employee issues - Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes and ship durable process, tooling, or workflow improvements - Strong attention to detail and high degree of ownership - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in dynamic, client-facing environments - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
