Apptronik is a Series B human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered humanoid robots (Apollo) for manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and beyond. This role leads operational excellence, program maturity, and reporting infrastructure for the Talent Acquisition function.
You will operate as a hands-on builder and manager, owning three core pillars:
Operations: Drive day-to-day recruiting team coordination—interview logistics, scheduling workflows, and process consistency. Establish documented SOPs and team policies in internal knowledge bases. Provide direct leadership and coaching to coordinators and ops personnel. Set performance standards, manage team capacity, and cultivate an organized team culture. Support strategic planning for future ops team growth, including eventual management of a Reporting Analyst IC.
Programs: Design, launch, and manage recruiting programs and events (university recruiting, hiring events, employer branding). Build and scale recruitment training for hiring managers, interviewers, and interview panels. Own the centralized repository of enablement and training content.
Reporting: Build recruiting and sourcing metrics dashboards (time-to-hire, pipeline health, sourcing channel efficiency). Create recurring reporting for talent leadership and business stakeholders. Own the ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and ancillary tools—auditing data integrity, managing vendor relationships, overseeing integrations. Establish data governance practices.
You are a proactive builder comfortable standing up programs and processes from scratch. You have proven experience running recruiting programs, designing interview training, building reports/dashboards (Excel/Sheets; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker a plus), and administering modern ATSs. You excel at architecting internal knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint), project management, and translating recruiting data into actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication, mentoring capability, and natural leadership are essential.
