Ripple is seeking a Manager of Liquidity Management to join its stablecoin and capital markets business in London. The role sits at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and traditional markets, managing liquidity programs for Ripple USD (RLUSD), RippleX, and Ripple Payments products.
You will own day-to-day coordination of market maker relationships and external liquidity programs, including onboarding, ongoing engagement, and performance analytics. Key responsibilities include monitoring market maker performance against program terms, producing regular performance reports, and escalating issues. You'll execute RLUSD taker adoption initiatives—running incentive programs, tracking uptake by segment, and feeding results into broader strategy.
The role requires navigating the digital liquidity landscape across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers to ensure efficient liquidity flow. You'll maintain visibility on bridge inventory and liquidity positioning across venues, support internal liquidity management, and work closely with Risk, Trading, and Leadership on depeg management and risk mitigation. You'll prepare materials, data, and analysis for market maker and partner conversations, and work cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Operations to scale processes as volumes grow.
A key strategic component involves building a sustainable ecosystem and generating demand by identifying financial institutions, institutional investors, and other partners interested in tokenized real-world assets (RWAs).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7–9 years of experience in traditional markets, crypto, or related industry
- Strong understanding of the digital liquidity landscape and ability to navigate custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
- Exposure to trading markets (traditional, crypto, or both) with understanding of market making and liquidity provision; DeFi experience a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage high volumes of work and multiple relationships/programs in parallel
- Ability to bring structure to systems, processes, and solutions where answers are unclear
- Strong understanding of stablecoins and/or tokenized assets (preferred)
- Good understanding of real-world assets (RWAs) (preferred)
- Understanding of blockchain technology
- Personal or professional experience with crypto, moving funds, and interacting with DeFi; familiarity with top industry players
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, competitive environment
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with internal stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- BS/BA in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytic discipline
