HealthEdge, an AI-powered operational infrastructure platform for health insurance companies, is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to build and scale learning programs across a combined organization following the merger of HealthEdge and UST HealthProof. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Global L&D leader, responsible for designing and delivering scalable learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership capability, and business performance across a distributed, global workforce. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering learning programs for employees and leaders (onboarding, core skills, leadership development, career growth); translating business priorities into practical learning solutions; building structured learning pathways aligned to roles and career progression; leveraging AI-powered learning tools and platforms to personalize experiences; curating and creating modern learning content (microlearning, blended learning, self-guided modules); developing programs that support a distributed, global workforce across regions and cultures; partnering with regional People leaders to ensure inclusive and accessible solutions; supporting learning initiatives tied to growth, integration, and organizational change; defining success metrics and measuring learning effectiveness and impact; and using data and feedback to continuously improve programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on capability building and development needs, working closely with People teams and employees across regions. This role offers exposure to global collaboration and the opportunity to shape learning programs during a period of significant growth and integration. Required qualifications: 6+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development; 4+ years of demonstrated people management experience leading and coaching team members or managing external vendors/partners; proven experience building and scaling learning programs in growing, changing, or global organizations; strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles; experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools or digital learning platforms; experience supporting multi-region or global teams; strong project management and stakeholder management skills; data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes; and clear communication skills with ability to influence across levels and functions. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-enabled services; familiarity with learning experience platforms, LMS, or content curation tools; and experience supporting leadership development or manager enablement programs. Full-time, permanent, exempt position. Remote work across US time zones with potential travel based on company needs.
