Precision for Medicine, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization, is hiring a Manager of Learning and Development to support its training strategy and delivery across Europe (Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or UK).
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering training solutions that support Precision for Medicine's global functions, including translational sciences (labs and logistics), clinical operations, project management, GCP compliance, data management, and regulatory/compliance areas. You will partner with subject matter experts to design effective learning programs and serve as the primary intake point for training requests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design content, and deliver learning solutions
- Leading coordination and delivery of new hire role-specific onboarding, including scheduling and tracking
- Designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs aligned with adult learning principles
- Serving as first-line triage for training requests and providing guidance on existing tools and materials
- Managing and supporting learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function
- Maintaining accurate training documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations
- Collaborating with functional leadership to establish and maintain role-based curricula with documented annual reviews
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- 4-6 years of learning and development experience supporting delivery teams, preferably in a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO)
- Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management and relationship-building abilities
- Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP relating to clinical trial management
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or the UK.
