The company integrates a curated network of cardiac caregivers, personalized care navigation, and a technology-driven platform to improve patient outcomes while reducing total cost of care. As Manager of Learning and Development, you will oversee employee onboarding and design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, support career growth, and build team capabilities. You will partner closely with leaders across the company to identify training needs, support employee experience and People Operations initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires - Designing learning curricula tailored to different team types (care delivery, business, technology) - Evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs based on feedback and outcomes - Supporting leadership development and succession planning initiatives - Collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps and training priorities - Creating a culture of continuous learning and professional development - Managing L&D budget and vendor relationships This hybrid role requires flexibility to provide on-site support in Denver at least monthly, with increased frequency as needed for leadership meetings, team events, onboarding activities, and operational initiatives. You will need to understand the unique needs of care delivery teams versus business and technology teams in a digital health environment.
