Basis is building production-grade AI agents that perform end-to-end work for major accounting firms. The company recently raised $100M at >$1B valuation with backing from top-tier investors including Khosla Ventures, Accel, and Google Ventures. As Manager of GTM Enablement, you will own and run the programs that make Basis sellers more effective every week. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll write playbooks, run training sessions, review real calls, and work directly with sales reps and managers. Key responsibilities: - Run onboarding and ramp programs: Own new-hire cohorts end-to-end, including curriculum design, live sessions, mock discovery calls, and certification. Get reps to real customer conversations quickly. - Build the content system: Create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and a library that reps use before calls. - Train on live skills: Run recurring sessions on discovery, demos, objection handling, and new product releases using practice-based methods. - Coach on real calls: Review calls in Gong, score them against standards, and turn patterns into targeted coaching for reps and managers. - Certify readiness: Build the checks managers use to determine rep readiness: product knowledge, discovery quality, demo bar. - Keep content current: Partner with product and marketing to ensure every launch ships with field-ready messaging. - Measure impact: Track ramp time, certification pass rates, and program impact on win rates. Fix or cut what isn't working. You'll report to the Head of GTM AI Ops and partner with sales managers, marketing, product, and RevOps. The role is based in the NYC Flatiron office, in-person five days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying role at a B2B software company - Proven track record building and running programs: onboarding, certifications, playbooks, live training - Strong facilitation skills and credibility with sellers (either from carrying a bag or earning respect another way) - Messaging instincts: ability to turn technical products into stories reps can tell - Fluency with modern sales stack: CRM, Gong or similar tools, enablement platforms, AI tools for content and coaching NICE-TO-HAVES: - Enablement experience for accounting or finance buyers, or sales experience selling to the CFO office - Early-stage experience building programs from scratch - Working knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger) - Experience training partner or channel teams alongside direct reps
