Bitwarden, a trusted identity security leader serving millions of users globally, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner embedded at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market. This is a high-visibility role focused on revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and board-level reporting. Key responsibilities include owning the company's revenue forecast model end-to-end, integrating pipeline data, bookings trends, retention rates, and expansion signals. You'll develop both bottoms-up and tops-down views of the business and own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles from data pull to executive presentation. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations to analyze performance across self-serve and sales-led funnels, including acquisition and conversion rates, pipeline health, deal velocity, CAC payback, and LTV/CAC by channel and segment. You'll surface actionable insights on funnel quality, cohort retention, and pipeline risk, and serve as the financial voice in GTM planning around capacity modeling, marketing mix, quota and pricing decisions, territory allocation, and headcount ROI. Board and investor reporting is a core responsibility. You'll own or heavily support Board of Directors materials, including monthly and quarterly performance packages, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives. You'll coordinate with PE sponsors on reporting cadences and ad hoc diligence questions, producing outputs that meet institutional investor standards. You'll also contribute to internal executive reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, translating data-heavy analysis into concise, decision-ready narratives. Design and maintain dashboards that give business partners real-time visibility into key metrics. On the quantitative side, you'll design and own complex financial models covering ARR, bookings, subscriber growth, churn, retention, NRR, and LTV/CAC. You'll work directly in the data layer—SQL, BI tools, product analytics, and CRM exports—to validate numbers at the source. You'll identify data gaps and drive improvements in data quality alongside Analytics, Growth, and RevOps teams. You'll also support M&A diligence, portfolio review analyses, long-range planning, and high-priority ad hoc analyses that require rapid deep-dive capability.
