Snowflake is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing to lead field marketing strategy and execution across high-value US Financial Services enterprise accounts (Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Insurance). This is a dual-impact role balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
You will directly manage a team of two field marketing individual contributors, driving targeted programs and executive engagements that accelerate adoption of Snowflake's AI Data Cloud within financial services. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep alignment with Enterprise Sales, and a data-driven approach to pipeline creation and account expansion.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end field marketing strategy for the US Majors Financial Services vertical; leading and mentoring a two-person team; architecting 1:1 and 1:Many campaigns, executive roundtables, customized roadshows, and partner co-marketing initiatives; partnering closely with Sales leadership and SDR teams to align strategy with territory and revenue targets; coordinating with Product Marketing, Account Based Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Industry Solutions teams; tracking and optimizing program performance against engagement, pipeline, and ROI metrics; and fostering team development through clear career pathways and coaching.
Required qualifications: 5+ years B2B field marketing experience in enterprise software/SaaS with proven success supporting high-value accounts (Financial Services/FinTech experience strongly preferred); 2+ years direct people management with a track record of developing individual contributors; proven ability to balance macro strategy with micro execution; strong executive presence and trusted partnerships with Enterprise Sales leaders; hands-on experience analyzing campaign performance and managing field marketing budgets; familiarity with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase/6sense); Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent); legal work authorization in the US; ability to work hybrid (2-3 days/week in office); and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
