Altus Group (via Reonomy) is seeking a Manager of Daily Valuation & NAV Accounting to lead and grow their daily valuation services practice. Reporting to the Regional Lead of US Valuation Advisory, you will oversee client engagements with institutional real estate clients, appraisers, and internal valuation teams to support daily NAV calculations and share-price reporting layered on top of quarterly real estate valuation processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily valuation and NAV calculations, overseeing financial information review, property values, debt positions, equity calculations, and working capital adjustments
- Projecting net investment income and changes in property values with accurate, well-supported assumptions reflected in share-price reporting
- Owning multiple client engagements end-to-end: managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations
- Coordinating valuation updates throughout the quarter and overseeing material event analysis (new leases, bankruptcies, market developments)
- Analyzing results and investigating variances between projected and actual outcomes
- Providing technical review and quality oversight of team deliverables before client delivery
- Directly managing one analyst initially, with potential for team expansion
