You will own Fever's global transportation and customs operations end-to-end, managing a distributed team of logistics coordinators across multiple time zones. This is a strategic leadership role combining hands-on logistics expertise with people management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end ownership of global freight movements, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency while resolving escalations rapidly, including outside standard hours when needed - Team leadership: manage and mentor logistics coordinators, assign strategic projects, and build departmental capability aligned with company growth - Stakeholder management across production, finance, legal, and tax to ensure smooth operations and cross-departmental synergy - KPI and SLA definition and monitoring (on-time delivery, cost variances, ticket response times) to drive operational excellence - Capacity and resource planning; unblock team roadblocks and resolve escalations - Vendor and contract negotiation with 3PLs and freight forwarders; act as primary point of contact - Financial oversight of billing, invoicing, and cost management across the department - Forecasting and proactive problem-solving to anticipate and prevent logistics blockers - Continuous improvement: build training programs, identify cost optimization, evolve processes - Strategic communication: translate complex transportation and customs requirements into clear terms for non-logistics stakeholders Required qualifications: 5+ years transportation/logistics experience; 3+ years team management; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent); fluent English; proven contract negotiation track record with carriers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders; proficiency with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization for KPI tracking.
