Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) fashion and accessories brand on a mission to deliver high-quality essentials at low prices, fairly and sustainably. The company operates across multiple categories (apparel, accessories, home goods) and serves tens of millions of customers globally.
The Manager, CRM Category Expansion owns all scheduled brand campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging for the UK, Germany, and France markets. This role manages the full campaign lifecycle: briefing, product selection with Merchandising, design coordination, copy localization, and technical implementation with the Tech team. Campaigns span new arrivals, restocks, seasonal moments, gifting, and major events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Quince Day. The goal is to drive cross-category discovery—introducing customers to product ranges beyond their initial purchase.
Reporting to the UK/EU CRM Director, this person runs the end-to-end process: building and QA'ing every send, analyzing results, and continuously improving toward faster, more personalized delivery. Key responsibilities include owning the campaign calendar, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (Merchandising, Design, Copy, US Marketing, Tech, Data), managing audience segmentation and frequency caps, building and maintaining production templates and dynamic content modules, partnering on testing programs (send-time, segments, incrementality holdouts), ensuring deliverability and list health, and generating monthly insights and new campaign ideas informed by testing and industry trends. Weekly performance reporting covers revenue, CTR, unsubscribe/complaint rates, and incrementality metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years CRM/email marketing in DTC/ecommerce, including 3+ years running a full campaign calendar end-to-end (not just triggered flows)
- Hands-on experience with Iterable (or Braze/Klaviyo/SFMC), including multi-market campaign builds with dynamic content and personalization
- Experience delivering SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; sufficient HTML/CSS knowledge to brief and QA email builds
- Segmentation and deliverability fluency (engagement tiers, suppression, frequency caps); ability to read Postmaster Tools
- SQL working knowledge to self-serve audience/results checks in Looker without analyst support
- A/B testing and incrementality rigor; comfort setting up and reading holdouts with Data team
- Active use of AI in daily workflows with strong QA discipline and automation mindset
- Strong multi-stakeholder operator with working knowledge of UK/EU marketing regulations (GDPR, PECR, German/French requirements)
