Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform processing 18 billion ad opportunities daily and reaching 2.2 billion unique users monthly. The company recently merged Outbrain and Teads to create a unified platform spanning CTV, mobile, and web. You will serve as Vice President of Global Product Marketing, reporting directly to the SVP of Client Solutions & Strategic Products. This is a leadership role at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, with direct accountability for establishing Teads as the premier omnichannel platform with Connected TV (CTV) at its core. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and execute a global product marketing strategy that positions Teads as the leading omnichannel platform and transforms CTV into a primary growth engine. • Lead a team of 4–5 global product marketers with full accountability for enterprise positioning, commercialization strategies, competitive intelligence, and field enablement. • Build a powerful, differentiated global narrative that simplifies complex product ecosystems into clear, outcome-focused value propositions for advertisers and agencies. • Own the global go-to-market and commercialization strategy for key enterprise products, converting product innovation directly into adoption, pipeline, and revenue. • Position CTV as a strategic entry point into the broader omnichannel platform, packaging high-potential propositions, data capabilities, and creative formats. • Enable global commercial teams with clear answers to: Why Teads? Why CTV and omnichannel? Why now? • Stay close to the field by regularly engaging with customers, agencies, and sales teams to capture market feedback and identify win/loss patterns. • Develop strategic perspective on industry shifts across CTV, programmatic, data, identity, AI, creative technology, and outcomes measurement. • Feed customer and competitive intelligence back to Product to influence roadmap investments. What You'll Bring: The posting does not explicitly state required years of experience, education, or certifications. However, the role expects demonstrated expertise in: • Global product marketing strategy and narrative architecture in B2B enterprise or platform contexts • Commercialization and go-to-market execution at scale • Team leadership and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, CTV, programmatic, and omnichannel platforms • Competitive intelligence and market positioning in complex, evolving industries • Field engagement and customer-centric product strategy • Ability to simplify complex ecosystems into compelling value propositions
