Inworld AI is a research lab and inference provider building realtime AI for consumer-facing applications. The company serves hundreds of millions of users daily, processing over 10 trillion LLM tokens per month. Inworld has raised $125M+ from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Kleiner Perkins, Microsoft, and Meta, and has been recognized as one of the 100 most promising AI companies globally.
You will build Inworld's public voice and presence as a Senior Content Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is a hands-on role where you own the full content lifecycle—from ideation through publication.
Key responsibilities:
**Executive Thought Leadership**: Ghostwrite for founders and technical leaders across LinkedIn, X, and long-form platforms. Attend research and engineering conversations to identify publishable ideas. Develop an editorial point of view that makes content worth following.
**Owned Channels**: Run LinkedIn, X, and YouTube as owned channels with their own audiences. Engage where developers discuss realtime voice—Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, and technical communities. Repurpose launches, benchmarks, press coverage, and demos into multi-format content. Track metrics that matter: follower quality, engagement from target accounts, and conversion-driving traffic.
**AI-Native Content Engine**: Use AI tooling (Claude Code, etc.) to multiply output without sacrificing voice. Break substantial pieces into clips, threads, and posts. Build systems and templates for consistent cadence. Maintain quality standards against AI-generated mediocrity.
You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing and Product Marketing, and will be on-site in the South Bay office a few days per week.
**Requirements**:
- 4–7 years in content marketing, ideally to developer or technical audiences
- Exceptional writer with range—able to write as founder, engineer, and brand voice, each distinct
- Demonstrated track record growing social presence on LinkedIn and X with measurable results
- Fluent with AI tooling as a production system
- Comfortable interviewing researchers and engineers and translating into readable content
- Strong judgment about what not to publish
- Power user of Claude Code or equivalent, thinking in terms of agents and systems
- Based in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate; on-site presence required a few days per week
