Imprint is a fintech company that modernizes co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences without requiring partners to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, Imprint is addressing a $300+ billion annual spend market still dominated by legacy systems.
As Manager of Corporate Finance, you will own Imprint's financial planning and analysis function, building the systems, models, and processes that drive forward-looking financial decision-making across the organization. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring someone equally comfortable coding in Python and building financial models in spreadsheets. You will report to the Deputy CFO and partner directly with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, Data, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include: migrating the corporate financial model from Excel to Python-based infrastructure; automating financial reporting and commentary workflows to eliminate manual data pulls; building and maintaining 3–6 month forward-looking forecasts; partnering with Commercial GMs on revenue and cost inputs; collaborating with Accounting on book close and reporting accuracy; working with Treasury on cash flow forecasting; supporting headcount planning; and using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to build scalable finance workflows. You will identify inefficiencies in how financial data is collected, modeled, and reported, and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Success in the first 90 days means migrating major models to Python with Excel/web outputs, automating key commentary and data pulls, establishing forward-looking forecasting governance, building trusted cross-functional relationships, and demonstrating independent operation on high-priority workstreams.
Required qualifications: hands-on Python experience (must have built models or scripts, not just theory); demonstrated experience building with AI tools like Claude or Cursor (non-negotiable); background in financial planning, corporate finance, or adjacent analytical domain; ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment; comfort with ambiguity and startup mindset; strong cross-functional communication; 5–10 years in finance, data, or analytically intensive roles. Nice-to-have: fintech/payments experience, web application or data pipeline building, high-growth or early-stage company background, corporate modeling or FP&A exposure.
