Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. With 43+ million members globally, CLEAR operates across airports, stadiums, and everyday experiences. You will lead the day-to-day administration and evolution of CLEAR's compensation and equity programs. This role partners across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and scalable programs supporting the company's growth. Key responsibilities include: - Lead compensation processes for offers, promotions, job changes, market pricing, and pay recommendations aligned with CLEAR's compensation philosophy - Translate compensation philosophy to employees, managers, and leaders with clarity and context - Own equity administration in partnership with Fidelity, Finance, Legal, and payroll, including grants, vesting, reporting, reconciliations, and employee inquiries - Administer compensation cycles (promotions, merit increases, bonuses, equity planning) from design through execution and communications - Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve compensation analysis, market intelligence, process efficiency, and decision-making - Maintain Workday compensation configuration and data integrity, including grades, compensation plans, stock value updates, and audits - Support compensation training and education through clear, accessible resources Success is measured by on-time, error-free execution of compensation and equity processes; accuracy of reporting and reconciliations; market competitiveness and internal equity of pay recommendations; and adoption of scalable processes and tools. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of progressive broad-based compensation experience, including equity administration and variable compensation exposure - Deep knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive compensation, and equity operations - Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with HRIS and equity platforms (preferably Workday and Fidelity) - Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline compensation processes and enhance data-driven decision-making - Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive compensation and equity information - Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for People Partners, leaders, and senior stakeholders
