As Manager of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the operational workflows, processes, and systems that support Curai's clinical delivery model. This role bridges clinical excellence and operational efficiency, managing teams or cross-functional initiatives that ensure clinicians can focus on patient care while maintaining quality, compliance, and cost targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading clinical operations teams or initiatives to optimize workflows and resource allocation
- Developing and implementing operational processes that support AI-augmented clinical delivery
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with clinical, product, and engineering teams to identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements
- Managing metrics and KPIs related to clinical throughput, quality, and cost
- Supporting scaling efforts as the company expands its patient base and partnerships
You will work in a remote-first environment with a corporate office in San Francisco. This is a full-time position with Curai Health, Inc.
