Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 / annual
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions for AI compute. This role leads the candidate experience and recruiting coordination function, managing a global team of recruiting coordinators who handle interview scheduling, multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, and candidate preparation.
You will own the end-to-end coordination engine for Crusoe's technical recruiting organization. Key responsibilities include managing team performance against SLAs, ensuring interview process reliability and quality, coordinating complex multi-panel debriefs, and maintaining process hygiene across hiring workflows. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex scheduling challenges, and proactively improve candidate and hiring team experience.
The role combines hands-on execution with strategic process building. You'll lead initiatives such as candidate and partnership surveys to continuously raise the bar on experience, build out team capacity models, and ensure scalable, compliant approaches to coordination. You'll also own recruiting team growth—hiring IC coordinators, onboarding them, and setting them up for success.
Required experience includes 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at high-growth tech companies, plus 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics. You need exceptional organization and communication skills, comfort with both execution and process building, and high operational rigor in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Strong familiarity with Ashby ATS is essential.
Bonus qualifications include Workday HRIS experience, knowledge of candidate and hiring experience survey methodologies and NPS interpretation, experience building interview training programs, and proficiency with recruiting tools like CoderPad, Metaview, and Glassdoor/Indeed.
