Salary: USD 270,000 - 290,000 / annual

The Manager, Broker National Partnerships role is responsible for driving channel sales growth through national broker relationships across assigned regions. This is a people-management position overseeing broker partnership strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include: - Support and drive national broker programs throughout the country - Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive broker referrals and grow bookings, including in-market visits, training, field rides, and subject matter expertise on Rippling's broker value proposition - Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns, strategies, and costs to support applicable regions - Own channel revenue and activity goals for national partners in the assigned region - Serve as the primary Rippling point of contact with C-level executives of national brokers and technology partners - Track annual revenue and activity goals with leadership and broker leadership - Leverage cross-functional resources (sales learning and development, marketing, product) to coordinate market-specific initiatives - Play a key role in strategic planning related to long-term national broker partner strategy The role requires up to 25% travel into assigned markets. Rippling values in-office collaboration; office-based employees are expected to work in-office at least three days per week. Requirements: - 6+ years' experience in business development/relationship management (preferred) - Bachelor's degree required; business-related field of study preferred (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.) - Prior experience in program management (preferred) - Demonstrated experience influencing a large field salesforce and working cross-functionally - Proven track record with marketing programs that result in lead generation and revenue - Prior experience working with brokers/financial services (preferred) - Strong leadership, presentation, organizing, and training skills - Strong problem-solving skills using analytical and consultative "partner-focused" approach - Excellent written and oral communication and follow-up skills
