Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Architect to lead pre-sales technical architecture efforts for enterprise customers in Korea. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor helping large Korean enterprises understand Claude's value and successfully integrate it into their technology stacks.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to guide customers from initial technical discovery through successful deployment. Your responsibilities include:
• Partnering with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Serving as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, coordinating across internal teams and global stakeholders
• Supporting customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Creating and delivering compelling technical content for diverse audiences—from deep technical dives for engineering teams to business-value conversations with executives
• Guiding technical architecture decisions and helping customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks
• Developing evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases, including Korean language applications
• Identifying common integration patterns and contributing insights to Product and Engineering teams
• Traveling occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building
• Maintaining strong knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
This is a people-management role overseeing technical sales efforts in the Korea region, requiring coordination across time zones and multiple stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in people management for technical sales roles
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (C-suite, engineering, IT teams)
• Strong technical communication skills; ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or background in machine learning or data science
• Comfort with cross-organizational collaboration and balancing competing priorities
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Passion for safe and beneficial AI systems
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a field relevant to the role
Anthropic offers competitive compensation, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and office space in San Francisco.
