Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 / annual

As Manager of Accounting Operations, you'll own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations while helping build out ShopMy's procurement function as the company scales. This is a hands-on role that combines process improvement with AI tool adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of AP, expense management, and travel operations
- Building ShopMy's procurement function from the ground up, including vendor management and spend controls
- Cross-functional partnership with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes
- Leveraging AI tools to automate and improve team workflows
- Supporting billing operations as part of the broader finance function
- Collaborating on month-end close, audits, and financial reporting

Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years in finance operations, accounting, or related field (accounting background preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AP, expense management, and travel programs
- Experience with or exposure to procurement and vendor management tools and processes
- Comfortable building processes and finding creative solutions
- Genuine fluency with AI tools
Bonus experience includes standing up a procurement function from scratch, background in high-growth tech or e-commerce, and familiarity with tools like Zip, Ramp, or Navan.
