Nash is a logistics orchestration platform that unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity management for modern commerce. The company powers delivery and logistics for major brands including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, as well as platforms like Shopify and Toast.
As Logistics Product Manager, you will own the design, rollout, and optimization of delivery workflows for Nash's largest and most strategic customers. You'll serve as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, operations, success teams, and third-party delivery partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying scalable logistics solutions by collaborating with customers to understand their delivery needs, order flows, and operational constraints
- Driving product outcomes by acting as a voice of the customer, using feedback to shape features, workflows, and internal tooling
- Managing high-impact implementations and onboarding for strategic accounts, ensuring smooth deployment and performance optimization
- Bridging technology and operations by working with internal teams and delivery partners to troubleshoot edge cases and ensure reliability at scale
- Influencing the product roadmap by identifying and advocating for features that increase volume, improve delivery reliability, and enhance customer experience
- Leading customer conversations, demos, and strategic planning sessions, particularly when launching new delivery models or regions
You should have 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations strategy, logistics/supply chain, consulting, or startup environments. Understanding of marketplace dynamics, logistics systems, or API-driven platforms is valuable. You communicate clearly, work effectively cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, and are resourceful in building solutions from 0 to 1. Experience with delivery tech (route optimization, dispatching, fleet management) or a CS/engineering background is a bonus.
