Orderly Network is building a decentralized exchange infrastructure with a novel real-world assets (RWA) offering: tokenized equities of listed small- and mid-cap companies. The company operates an orderbook-based trading infrastructure providing spot and perpetual futures orderbooks, with a DEX white-label solution that combines CEX features with on-chain settlement and self-custody.
You will join as Listings Business Development Manager to source, pitch, and onboard listed companies across the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other markets. This is a greenfield role designed for professionals from traditional finance who can bring existing relationships with listed companies into the crypto space.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target listed companies, focusing on small-cap names
- Build relationships with company leadership, CFOs, IR teams, and their advisors (financial advisors, ECM bankers, IR firms, market makers)
- Pitch the value proposition: new liquidity channel, community engagement, and access to crypto-native traders
- Drive the listing process end-to-end, from first contact to go-live, collaborating with internal product and operations teams
- Work with listed partners on post-listing community activation and trading volume growth
- Track pipeline and conversion metrics, reporting progress against listing targets
This role requires an established network among listed companies and a track record of bringing companies to platforms or deals. You will be building an early-stage, unproven business line and should be comfortable with that ambiguity.
Requirements:
- Established network among listed companies (management teams, CFOs, or IR heads) built through roles in ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange listings
- Track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal (IPO mandates, dual listings, ADR programs, IR client wins)
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers
- Fluent English; native speaker preferred
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Listing or BD experience at an exchange, depositary receipts bank, RWA, tokenized equity, or STO platform
- Background in boutique investment banking, small-cap market making, or listed-company IR advisory
- Network covering US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Korea markets
- Basic understanding of crypto, DEXs, and tokenized assets
