Everlab is building the future of preventive healthcare, offering members a full year of preventive care from screening and imaging through clinical consultation and follow-up. You'll own lifecycle marketing across Australia and the UK, driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through sophisticated marketing automation.
Your primary focus will be conversion and top-of-funnel optimization: owning lead nurture, abandoned journeys, sign-up conversion, and re-engagement campaigns. You'll build and optimize behavioral-driven journeys that move prospects from interest to membership, partnering closely with the Acquisition team on conversion handoff.
You'll then expand scope across the full member lifecycle: retention, engagement, renewal, and ARPU growth. This includes activation campaigns, results engagement, consult uptake, follow-up completion, member education, and renewal messaging. You'll design the complete lifecycle architecture—determining what each touchpoint communicates, which channels to use, and what to deliberately exclude. You'll collaborate with Product on in-product messaging and Clinical Operations on care-related communications.
On the platform side, you'll own Braze hands-on: building canvases, managing segmentation, maintaining event taxonomy, writing Liquid logic, configuring API-triggered journeys, and ensuring data hygiene and deliverability. You'll run lifecycle across two markets with one core architecture and market-specific execution, accounting for regulatory differences.
You'll establish a rigorous testing program with clear hypotheses, holdout groups, and documented learnings. Reporting focuses on funnel conversion, activation, engagement, renewal, ARPU, and channel health metrics.
Required: 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention as a dedicated function, ideally in-house at a consumer business with meaningful scale. Deep hands-on Braze experience across canvases, segments, Liquid, and event/API-triggered journeys. Strong data skills including event taxonomy, cohort analysis, and SQL or equivalent. Proven ability to write both conversion-focused and thoughtful member communications. Experience running lifecycle across multiple markets. Commercial mindset—you can point to journeys you've built that materially improved conversion, retention, or revenue.
Nice-to-have: Experience in regulated/high-trust categories (health, insurance, fintech). Push, in-app, and SMS expertise. Familiarity with transactional notification tools like Knock. Deep deliverability knowledge.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, with 3 days per week in the office. Everlab offers work-life flexibility, full access to the Everlab health program post-probation, and an Employee Share Option Plan.
