Scopely, a leading video game and interactive entertainment company (home to MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, Stumble Guys, and others), is hiring a Licensing Operations Coordinator to support its live-service approval pipeline. You will report to the Senior Producer and act as the central hub for managing licensor approvals across in-game content, live events, campaigns, trailers, video, copy, and player-facing materials. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting game and marketing assets for licensor review, maintaining detailed submission trackers and approval records, translating licensor feedback into actionable next steps, coordinating revisions across Product, Art, Production, Marketing, UA, CRM, ASO, Social, and Community teams, and providing clear status updates to internal stakeholders and external licensors. You will identify risks such as missing information, conflicting feedback, schedule conflicts, and brand/content concerns, escalating blockers to keep approvals on track. As the approval volume grows, you will also improve submission standards, templates, trackers, and documentation. Required qualifications include experience in production, project coordination, creative operations, licensing, advertising, entertainment, or related fields. You must excel at managing detailed workflows, deadlines, documentation, and multiple stakeholders with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Clear written and verbal communication is essential, as is the ability to translate subjective feedback into clear action items and collaborate across creative, technical, and business teams. Sound judgment in identifying risks and escalation needs is critical. Experience with spreadsheets, databases, project-management tools, ticketing systems, or similar platforms is required. Bonus qualifications include video game or entertainment industry experience, familiarity with approval workflows for art, video, copy, audio, marketing, or in-game assets, understanding of live operations and cross-functional game development, direct experience working with licensors or external partners, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
