Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 / annual
Brave Health is a community health-centered organization transforming access to mental health care through telehealth. The company is committed to closing gaps in mental health coverage, particularly for Medicaid and Medicare patients who face barriers to care.
You will provide outpatient mental health services to patients across the lifespan through our telehealth platform, working 100% remotely from your home. The role offers flexibility with shift options (9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday, no weekends). You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with clients to achieve therapeutic goals using telehealth software and internal communication tools. The organization partners with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree and active licensure as LMHC or LMFT
- Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D or LMFT-D) required
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses not supported
- Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning experience
- Comfort with technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal tools)
- Experience working collaboratively with clients
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
