Salary: USD 69,000 - 100,000 / annual

Brave Health is a telehealth mental health platform committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, particularly for underserved populations including Medicaid beneficiaries. The company leverages technology to break down barriers and deliver mental health treatment directly to patients wherever they are. You will provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program as a full-time licensed therapist. You'll work 100% remotely from your home, with flexible shift options (9am-6pm CT or 10am-7pm CT, Monday-Friday, no weekends). You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work in partnership with clients across the lifespan to achieve their mental health goals. You'll utilize telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal platforms to deliver care and collaborate with the team. Brave Health partners with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare, so you'll work with a diverse patient population. The role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, liability insurance, and an annual stipend for professional development. Additional compensation is available for bilingual (Spanish) candidates. Requirements: - Master's degree and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent - Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required now or in the future (temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses cannot be supported) - Dedicated home workspace with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance - Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus - Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis - Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessments - Comfort with technology, including telehealth platforms and digital communication tools - Ability to work collaboratively with clients toward therapeutic goals
