Palantir Technologies is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to serve as a key operational resource for the in-house Legal team. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests from across the Legal department, providing guidance and coordinating with appropriate Legal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will include executing on legal workflows, streamlining strategic processes, and optimizing operational functions of the Legal team. You will work closely with Legal Operations teammates to implement key systems, manage projects, and establish objectives and performance metrics that drive team effectiveness. A significant portion of your work will involve understanding business needs across the Legal organization and developing scalable solutions that grow alongside Palantir's expanding operations.
Key areas of focus include process optimization, project management, and systems implementation. You will partner with colleagues across the Legal function to identify pain points and execute solutions that enhance efficiency and support the team's ability to serve the broader organization. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, operates with discretion and resourcefulness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a genuine desire to be helpful, with a service mindset and willingness to go above and beyond to solve challenges. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a passion for process improvement are essential. Experience with legal operations, legal tech platforms, or similar operational roles in professional services environments is valuable.
