As a Legal Innovation Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to innovation and knowledge leaders at top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams, helping them design and execute AI transformation initiatives. You'll leverage your lived experience in legal innovation to guide clients through AI strategy definition, policy development, rollout programs, and success measurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation strategies, drawing on your background as an innovation leader
- Supporting innovation leaders in advancing firm-client collaboration on AI initiatives
- Contributing to efforts to innovate on the business of law and how legal services are delivered
- Advancing legal AI thought leadership through industry forums, conference speaking, and published analyses
- Building and fostering a thriving innovation community across law firms, professional organizations, and corporate teams
- Representing Harvey within the legal innovation community and translating insights back into product and service improvements
You will work with C-suite executives (CIOs, CKOs, CISOs) and need the ability to translate between technical and legal/business audiences. The role requires exceptional communication skills for written thought leadership, public speaking, and executive advising.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in a legal innovation role at a top-tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite legal and technology leaders
- Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain expertise
- Strong point of view on AI transformation direction in legal services with demonstrated commitment to steering it for the benefit of lawyers, clients, and firms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including thought leadership writing and conference speaking experience
