As Legal Counsel focused on the Nordics region, you will report directly to the Lead Counsel and provide comprehensive legal support for Fever's operations worldwide, with emphasis on Nordic expansion. This is a hands-on role requiring proactivity and autonomy in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics
- Work with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation/disputes support
- Stay current on legislative and jurisprudence developments in the Nordic region
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritize and manage complex legal matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to company knowledge by preparing and revising legal templates and guides
- Prioritize work based on company strategy and objectives
- Support and mentor other team members
You will be based at Fever's global headquarters in Madrid and work within a young, dynamic legal team supporting the company's ambitious regional expansion. The role involves day-to-day legal support on corporate and operationally relevant matters, enabling exciting productions and partnerships.
