You will join Fever's Legal Department at the Madrid headquarters as a Legal Counsel specializing in live productions. Reporting to the Legal Director, you'll work embedded with the Originals teams to provide legal guidance on production-related matters, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across event productions, co-productions, and licensed events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on agreements spanning content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements
- Identifying legal risks and designing mitigation strategies to support business and production teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Conducting legal research and delivering clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders
- Managing legal projects, overseeing contract workflows, maintaining legal databases, and supporting compliance initiatives (IP, data privacy, regulatory)
- Supporting incident management and dispute resolution efforts in coordination with litigation specialists
You will own assigned projects with independence, working with internal and external subject matter experts to continuously improve contract templates and processes. This role offers exposure to a rapidly growing, globally-scaled entertainment platform with significant industry partnerships.
