Extreme Reach is seeking a Legal & Compliance Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone and Chief of Staff for the Legal, Risk & Compliance function. This is a high-impact role bridging legal expertise and executive execution, acting as connective tissue between Legal, HR, Finance, Product, and executive leadership. Key responsibilities include: **Operational Leadership & Chief of Staff Enablement**: Serve as the operational right hand to the General Counsel, translating legal department goals into clear project plans and measurable outcomes. Act as a cross-vertical force multiplier across Commercial Deals, Corporate Development, Governance, Litigation, HR/Employment, and Product/Regulatory matters. Own the legal tech stack, evaluating and implementing modern CLM, entity management, and AI-driven efficiency tools. Define and track department OKRs and key operational metrics. **Global Corporate Governance & Strategic Transactions**: Manage global entity maintenance and subsidiary governance across international corporate structures. Drive operational logistics for Corporate Development, strategic transactions, and restructuring initiatives, including virtual data rooms and post-closing documentation. **Commercial Contracts & Workflow Optimization**: Standardize and streamline global commercial deal flow through reimagined intake systems, CLM platforms, and AI tooling. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to accelerate contracting cycles while maintaining risk controls. **Risk & Compliance Project Management**: Systematize the company's risk management and compliance frameworks. Serve as lead project manager driving cross-functional accountability for compliance requirements and audits. Orchestrate technology tool selection and vendor implementation. Support HR and Finance on employment compliance and policy rollouts. Required qualifications: 5–8+ years in legal operations, corporate paralegal leadership, or legal project management in fast-paced, high-growth technology or global corporate environments. Hands-on experience across multiple legal verticals including global corporate entity management, commercial contracting, corporate transactions, and compliance programs. Forward-thinking approach to legal tech and generative AI. Proven track record orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder programs on tight deadlines. Assertive yet collaborative working style with strong business acumen and emotional intelligence.
