Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform and NYSE-traded public company, is seeking a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to oversee all training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping operations at the Mesa, Arizona site. This role owns the complete training lifecycle—from scheduling and facilitation to documentation and compliance—while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and foster a strong safety and continuous learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas
- Conduct remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues
- Develop and maintain training schedules for new hires, cross-training, and annual programs in coordination with site leadership
- Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and ensure documentation aligns with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements
- Support audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date, accessible training records for regulatory and internal reviews
- Utilize LMS platforms to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs meet business and compliance needs
- Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuously
- Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge, identify training gaps, and support operational teams
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Create and update training materials ensuring content is current and compliant
- Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams to stay aligned on training priorities
- Engage associates to build and maintain a strong safety culture
- Support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training responsibilities are fulfilled
- Train, certify, and audit all personnel on the safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and equipment
- Implement and enforce all OSHA and facility rules and regulations related to Powered Industrial Equipment
- Conduct practical PIT training applications, examinations, and issue certifications
- Perform ongoing audits of PIT-trained associates to ensure continued compliance and safe operation
The role reports to the Learning Operations Manager or Learning Area Manager depending on shift and plays a key role in ensuring all associates are equipped, certified, and compliant across fulfillment and distribution operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant digital tools
- Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as needed for a 7-day operation
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, distribution, and warehouse processes and operational workflows
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety training in a warehouse or distribution environment
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification or demonstrated ability to obtain certification required
